Returns for Refund:
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the returned items.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange items.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.
- Exchanged items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned items.
- Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Send an email to shop.live.ayat@gmail.com with the subject line "AYAT RETURN" followed by your order number.
- In the email, please provide details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and exchanges, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
